A MAN who went missing from his home on Wednesday has been found dead.

The search for Adam Connolly, 29, from Hackney had covered Epping Forest, where he used to go cycling, Springfield Park, near Walthamstow, and Leyton Marshes, where police traced his phone signal.

A Met police spokesman said: “The body of a man was found near to Lee Valley Ice Rink.

“Although officers await formal identification, they are satisfied that the deceased is Adam Connolly. Next of kin have been informed.

“The death is not thought to be suspicious and enquiries are ongoing.”
