DOZENS of firefighters tackled a blaze in a two- storey house yesterday evening (May 11).
The fire, which ripped through the house in Mount Echo Avenue, Chingford, damaged both floors and part of the roof.
No-one was in the property at the time.
Emergency services were called at 7.30pm and the fire was under control at 10.30pm.
