ENGULFED in misery but hiding behind smiles are the millions of victims affected by bullying.
Verbally or physically. Both ways leave mental scars. Constant reminders of defeat and destruction.
Out of personal experience, having your spirit crushed daily just because of the way you look or even your personality is an unjustifiable excuse to torment and cause agony towards other human beings.

Whether it be a kick or a cruel insult, the demeaning effects are still the same.

And my advice to the victims? Confide in someone who will help, before it is too late.
