IT'S not a nice thing to discuss, but depression does exist. And it can ruin lives.

Depression is something that has become more common over the years, and now it seems that more people than ever before suffer with it.

In this world, there are a lot of things that can make you feel scared, worried or anxious.

But it's important to talk if you've got anything on your mind.

Depression is more than just feeling sad because for most of us, sadness comes and goes.

It can, however, go on for a long time, and can interfere with your life.

If you're suffering from depression, you should try talking about it.

You may also want to distract yourself from thinking about it by reading, listening to or playing music, writing a poem, song or story, or watching TV.
