Notice is hereby given that Essex County Council has made the above Order under Sections 1(1), 2(1) to (3), 3(2), 4(1), 4(2), 32, 35, 45, 46, 49 and 53 and Parts III and IV of Schedule 9ofthe Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To revoke the existing No Waiting Mon-Sat 9.30am-6.30pm restrictions for installation of relocated TSRGD Bus Stands on the following lengths of Burton Road, Loughton in the District of Epping Forest: Road

Description
South Side:
i. From apoint approximately 6.5 metres east of its junction with Torrington Drive, eastwards for approximately 31.8 metres.
ii. From apoint approximately 193.1 metres east of its junction with Torrington Drive, eastwards for approximately 19 metres.
Schedule 13 of The Essex County Council (Epping Forest District) (Permitted Parking Area and Special Parking Area) (Consolidation) Order 2016 is hereby amended to revoke the No Waiting Mon-Sat 9.30am-6.30pm Restrictions. Date of operation: The Order will come into operation on 2September 2019.

Application to thehighcourt: Anyone whowishes to question thevalidity of theOrder of any provision contained in it on the groundsthatitisnot within thepowers conferred by the Road TrafficRegulation Act 1984 or on the groundsthatany requirementofthe Act, or anyinstrument madeunderit, has not beencomplied withinrelation to the Order,may within six weeks from the date of themaking of the Order apply to the High Court for this purpose.
(Various Roads, Lambourne) (Restricted Road &40mph Speed Limit) Order 201*
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council proposes to make the above Order under Sections 81, 82(2), 83(2), 84(1) and (2) and Parts III and IV of Schedule 9tothe Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To introduce a40mph speed limit on the following length of A113 and Church Lane in the Parish of Lambourne in the District of Epping Forest (the roads arecurrently national speed limit):

From a point approximately 51 metres north east of north east property boundary of No.52 Ongar Road, in snorth easterly direction for adistance of approximately 346 metres.

Description
From its junction with A113 Ongar Road, in a southerly direction for a distance of
approximately 40 metres.
'The Essex County Council (Various Roads, Abridge) (Restricted Roads) Order 2010' and 'The Essex County Council (A113 London Road, Lambourne and Chigwell) (40mph Speed Limit) Order 2010' arehereby revoked. All restrictions contained within the aforementioned orders will remain in force by virtue of this order.

(Woolmongers Lane, High Ongar) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2019
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Woolmongers Lane, High Ongar in the District of Epping Forest, from apoint approximately 250m west of its junction with Nine Ashes Road for adistance of approximately 60m in awesterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 17th June 2019 for 5days, or wherestated on avalid permit (AZ0071000818849 -Cadent). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on

www.roadworks.org

. The closureisrequired for the safety of the public and workforce while new connection works areundertaken by Cadent.
An alternative route is available via Nine Ashes Road and vice versa.
The Order came into effect on 6th June 2019 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(Berwick Lane, Ongar) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2019
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Berwick Lane, Ongar in the District of Epping, from apoint aapproximately 150m north of its junction with London Road for adistance of approximately 615m in anortherly direction. The closureisscheduled to commence on 5th August 2019 for 9days,orwhere stated on avalid permit (EC30034816114 -UKPower Networks). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on

www.roadworks.org

. The closureisrequired for the safety of the public and workforce while replacement of electrical pole works areundertaken by UK Power Networks. An alternative route is available via School Road, Church Road, London Road and vice versa. The Order will come into effect on 20th June 2019 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
