Notice is hereby given that Stonegate Pub Company Lrnited in respect of Premises known as Ferry Boat, I Forest Road, Walthamstow; London, NI7 9NG applied to Waltham Forest London Borough Council for a Variation of a Premises Licence.The proposed variation is: I.To extend the terminal hour for sale of alcohol, late night refreshment and regulated entertainment in the form of films, recorded music, live music, performance of dance and anything similar to recorded musk, live musk, performance of dance on Fridays and Saturdays to 01:00 hours the following day 2. To extend the opening hours to allow the premises to close at 01:30 hours the following day on Fridays and Saturdays. 3. Additional non-standard timings for opening on British Summertime, as detailed in the application submitted to the LJcerangAuthority. 4Xc remove all conditions in Annex 2 of the premises licence, and to replace them with the operating schedule detailed in the application submitted to the Licensing Authority. Any representations regarding the above-mentioned application must be received in writing by Licensing Service, Wahham Forest Council, Magistrates Building, Room Gl I, I Raman Avenue, VWthamstow, EI7 4NX, no later than 22nd August 2019 stating the grounds for representation.
