Notice is given this day 8th August 2019 that Dawn Chappell has applied to the Licensing office at Epping forest District Council for a New Premises Licence in respect of 3 The Broadway Loughton Essex IG102FA.
The proposed licence is for the Sale of Alcohol, The Provision of Regulated Entertainment to include recorded music and the Provision of anything of a Similar Description to Live Music and Recorded Music.
Hours premises will be open to the public will be
Monday to Thursday 08.00 to 23.30, Friday 08.00 to 00.30,
Saturday 09.00 to 00.30 and Sunday 09.00 to 23.30.
Operating Hours for the Sale of Alcohol will be Sunday to Thursday 10.00 to 23.00, Friday and Saturday 10.00 to 00.00. Additional hours to 00.30 Christmas Eve into Christmas day and till 01.00 New Year's Eve into New Year's Day.
Operating Hours for the Provision of Anything of a Similar Description to Live Music will be Thursday to Saturday 18.00 to 23.00, Sunday 14.00 -19.00 and Recorded Music will be Sunday to Thursday 10.00 to 23.00, Friday and Saturday 10.00 to 00.00 with additional hours to 00.30 Christmas eve into Christmas day and till 01.00 New Year's Eve into New Year's Day.
The register of licensed premises is maintained at the Licensing Office of Epping forest District Council, Civic Offices, High Street, Epping, Essex CM16 4BZ. Applications for the premises licences may be inspected at this office during office hours. Anyone wishing to oppose this application must give written notice to the Licensing Office within 28 days of this notice. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make false statement in connection with an application which could lead to a fine on summary conviction (maximum £5000)_
