The Licensing Act 2003 (Premises and Club Premises Certificates) Regulations 200S Notice is hereby given that:
I Mr Dogan Kahraman have made an application under Section 17 Part 3 of the Licensing Act 2003 to a new Premises Licence for the Premises known as Crownfield News, 55-57 Crownfield Road London E15 2AB. I intend to conduct on or from the premises the following licensable activities: Sale of Alcohol consumption OFF the premises Monday to Sunday from 08:00 to 23:00. Opening Hours Monday to Sunday from 07:00 to 23:00. Any interested party or responsible authority may make representations on this application in writing to the Waltham Forest Council Licensing Service, Magistrates Building, 1 Farnan Avenue Walthamstow London E17 4NX by no later then 9th September 2019, The Licensing Authority must receive representations by the date given above. The Licensing Authority wll have regard to any such representation in considering the application. It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in or in connection with an application for premises licence. To do so could result in prosecution and a line of any amount.
