THE COUNCIL OF THE LONDON BOROUGH OF WALTHAM FOREST
hereby gives notice that an order has been made under Section 247 of the above Act to authorise the stopping up of the following area of public highway which is shown cross hatched black and edged red on the plan attached to the draft order and comprising 359 sqm and generally described as:
(1) The rectangular strip of land at the eastern side of Green Ferry Way, E17 running from its junction with Forest Road for 67.2 metres with varying widths with the maximum being 18.25 metres
THE ORDER IS MADE to enable development described in the Schedule to this notice to be carried out in accordance with the planning permission granted by the Council of the London Borough of Waltham Forest on 18 February 2019 under reference 182917 in relation to land known as Blackhorse Road Car Park, Forest Road, Walthamstow, E17
COPIES OF THE ORDER AND THE RELEVANT PLANS MAY BE INSPECTED
during normal office hours at (a) The Information Desk, Town Hall, Forest Road, Walthamstow, E17; and (b) Low Hall, Argall Avenue, London, E10 7AS free of charge
ANY PERSON aggrieved by the Order and desiring to question the validity thereof, or of any provision contained therein, on the ground that it is not within the powers of the above Act or that any requirement of that Act or of any regulation made thereunder has not been complied with in relation to the Order may, within 6 weeks of 5 September 2019 apply to the High Court for the suspension or quashing of the Order or of any provision contained therein.
