The proposal (see East London & West Essex Guardian issue 8th August 2019) for an amendment to permit parking space in Pasquier Road E17 and Norfolk Road E17 to install Cycle Hangars are deferred until further notice; and at a future date, will either be made as previously proposed, amended or abandoned.
Note: "The made parking spaces to be displaced will default to a single yellow line waiting restriction where the cycle hangar will be provided.
** The made parking spaces to be displaced may be changed to any permit parking location within a 50-metre radius of the original proposal. The extents of any permit parking displacement in any section of the road mentioned above will still result in reduction of permit parking space of 3 metres.
2. Copies of the Orders, which will come into operation on 12th September 2019 and all other relevant documents can be inspected during normal office hours on Mondays to Fridays inclusive until the expiration of a period of 6 weeks from that date, at: (a) The Information Desk, Town Hall, Forest Road, Walthamstow, E17; and (b) Low Hall, Argall Avenue, London, E10 7AS.

3. Any person desiring to question the validity of either of the Orders or of any provision contained therein on the grounds that it is not within the relevant powers of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or that any of the relevant requirements thereof or of any relevant regulations made thereunder has not been complied with in relation to the Orders may, within six weeks of the making of the Orders, make application for the purpose to the High Court.

Dated 12th September 2019 Mr. K. Valavan,
Director of Highways and Traffic Management, Neighbourhoods Directorate, Low Hall, Argall Avenue, London, E10 7AS.
