HARINGEY COUNCIL - PUBLIC NOTICE PROPOSED TOTTENHAM WEST CONTROLLED PARKING ZONE & EVENT DAY THE HARINGEY (TOTTENHAM CPZs) (DESIGNATIONS) (AMENDMENT NO.*) ORDER 201* THE HARINGEY (TOTTENHAM CPZs) (SECTION 6) (AMENDMENT NO.*) ORDER 201
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Haringey proposes to make the above mentioned Orders under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended.
The general effect of the Orders would be toils) In the following roads:
i. amend the Controlled Parking Zone (CPZ) hours to 8.00am to 6.30pm on Mondays to Saturdays and on event days 8am to 11pm.
ii. Introduce permit holder only bays.
Devonshire Lane, Cavell Road, Henningham Road, Awlfield Avenue, Church Road, Tebworth Road, Weir Hall Road, Creighton Road, Princes Street, Durban Road,
Laburnham Avenue, Jellicoe Road, Marshall Road, Bedwell Road, Cemetery Road, Nursery Street, Oak Avenue, Trafalgar Avenue, Hebden Terrace,
Acacia Avenue, Fryatt Road, Flexmere Road, All Hallows Road, Beaufoy Road, Nursery Court, Barkham Road, Allington Avenue, Pretoria Road,
White Hart Lane, Warkworth Road, Carrick Gardens, Church Lane, King Street, Selby Road, Queen Street, College Road, Commercial Road,
(b) In the following roads designated shared permit holders and maximum stay 2 hours no return within 1 hours 'pay by phone' parking places:
Selby Road, Cemetery Road, Queen Street, Beaufoy Road,
King Street, White Hart Lane, Cavell Road, Jellicoe Road,
Devonshire Lane, Warkworth Road, Henningham Road, All Hallows Road,
Flexmere Road, Nursery Street Bedwell Road, New Road,
Church Lane, Commercial Road, Pretoria Road, Marshall Road,
Tebworth Road, Weir Hall Road, College Road, Durban Road,
(c) Introduce 'loading bay' parking places where vehicles that are loading or unloading would be permitted to stay for a maximum period of 40 minutes and not return to that parking place within 1 hour of leaving it in Church Road;
(d) Introduce waiting restrictions operating at any time at junctions and bends of the roads within the CPZ in order to help to improve safety, prevent obstructive parking at, and near, junctions and reduce personal injury and road accidents of the roads concerned;
(e) Remove lengths of existing single yellow line waiting restrictions in White Hart Lane and Cavell Road.
(f) Introduce lengths of at any time loading restrictions in King Street and Church Road.
Residents or businesses (providing that their property is not on a private or car restricted development) would be able to purchase parking permits and residents would be able to purchase visitors parking permits, for passenger vehicles, goods carrying vehicles (the overall height of which does not exceed 2.27 metres and the overall length of which does not exceed 5.25 metres), at the rates set out below:-

Transferrable Essential Service Permit (any registration) - all Zones - £740.00; Essential Service Permit Vouchers (daily) - £10.00 each (sold in multiples of 4); Residents' Visitor Permits - Daily - £3.50, 1 hour - 80p; Permission to Park Dispensation - £20 per day.
Residents over 65 and registered disabled receive 50% concession on all visitor permits.
Permits/vouchers for the controlled parking zone would only be valid in the zone for which they are issued.
