(AS AMENDED) ("THE ACT")
THE COUNCIL OF THE LONDON BOROUGH OF HARINGEY hereby gives you notice that it proposes to make an order under Section 247 of the Act to authorise the stopping up of the following area of public highway which is shown hatched black on the plan attached to the draft order:
(1) The highway forming the highway on the south side of Leeside Road and north east side of Watermead Way being a section of land fronting Leeside Road, London N17 comprising a maximum length of 10 metres and a maximum width of 10 metres.
IF THE ORDER IS MADE, the stopping up will be authorised to enable the development described in the Schedule to be carried out in accordance with the planning permission granted under Part III of the Act to Diageo Pension Trust (Property Custodian) Limited on 13 December 2013 with planning reference HGY/2013/1792.
COPIES OF THE DRAFT ORDER AND THE RELEVANT PLANS MAY BE INSPECTED FREE OF CHARGE during the 28 days commencing on 11 December 2019 at 7th Floor (Legal Services), Alexandra House, 10 Station Road, Wood Green, London N22 7TR by quoting reference LEG/PP/JF/62246.
ANY PERSON MAY OBJECT to the making of the proposed order within 28 days commencing on 11 December 2019 by written notice to the Assistant Director of Corporate Governance, 7th Floor, Alexandra House, 10 Station Road, Wood Green, London N22 7TR (quoting reference LEG/PP/JF/62246).
In preparing any objection it should be borne in mind that the substance of it may be imparted to other persons who may be affected by it and that those persons may wish to communicate with the objector about it.
