ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 AS AMENDED BY THE ROAD TRAFFIC (TEMPORARY RESTRICTIONS) ACT 1991 SECTION 14(1) TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE AND WAITING AND LOADING RESTRICTIONS CREIGHTON AVENUE N2
The BARNET LONDON BOROUGH COUNCIL HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that owing for the need to facilitate water mains and service connection replacement works, they have made an Order which will:
(a) temporarily close Creighton Avenue N2, between its junctions with High Road N2 and Church Vale N2, while the works take place.
(b) temporarily introduce 'at any time' waiting and loading restrictions on both sides of Creighton Avenue N2, between its junctions with High Road N2 and Church Vale N2, while the works take place.
The works will commence at 8.00am on Thursday 23rd January 2020 and is expected to last for 14 days, with the measures in effect when the relevant signs and barriers are in place.
The alternative route for motorists will be via High Road, Fortis Green and Tetherdown, or via Tetherdown, Fortis Green, Durham Road, Hertford Road and High Road. Nothing in the above paragraphs shall apply to anything done with the permission of or at the direction of aPolice Officer in uniform or other uniformed personnel authorised by the Commissioner of the Metropolis.
