LONDON BOROUGH OF BARNET
ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 AS AMENDED BY THE ROAD TRAFFIC (TEMPORARY RESTRICTIONS) ACT 1991 SECTION 14(1) TEMPORARY WAITING AND LOADING RESTRICTIONS VALLEY VIEW EN5
The BARNET LONDON BOROUGH COUNCIL HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that owing for the need to facilitate Triiotocarry out installation of two gas mains across the carriageway for development south of Valley View, theyhave made an Order which will:
(a) temporarily introduce 'At any time' waiting and loading on both sides of Valley View EN5, from apoint opposite the common boundary of Nos. 2and 4toapoint opposite the common boundary of Nos. 10 and 12, from apoint opposite the common boundary of Nos. 34 and 36 to apoint opposite the common boundary of Nos. 42 and 40, while the works take place.

(b) temporarily introduce 'At any time' waiting and loading restrictions on both sides of Valley View EN5, from apoint opposite the common boundary of Nos. 18 and 20 to a point opposite the common boundary of Nos. 28 and 30, while the works take place.

The works will commence at 9.00am on Monday 27th January 2020 and is expected to last for 12 days.
Nothing in the above paragraphs shall apply to anything done with the permission of or at the direction of a Police Officer in uniform or other uniformed personnel authorised by the Commissioner of the Metropolis.
