ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 AS AMENDED BY THE ROAD TRAFFIC (TEMPORARY RESTRICTIONS) ACT 1991 SECTION 14(1) TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE AND WAITING AND LOADING RESTRICTIONS NETHER STREET N3
The BARNET LONDON BOROUGH COUNCIL HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that owing for the need to facilitate the installation of gas services to a new development, they have made an Order which will:
(a) temporarily close Nether Street N3, between a point opposite the common boundary of Edward Court and Stuart Court and apoint opposite the common boundary of Sherinham Court and No. 264 Nether Street, while the works take place.

(b) temporarily introduce Monday to Friday 9.30am to 6pm, and Saturday 9am to 1pm waiting and loading restrictions on both sides of Nether Street N3, between apoint opposite the common boundary of Edward Court and Stuart Court and apoint opposite the common boundary of Sherinham Court and No. 264 Nether Street, while the works take place.

The works will commence at 9.30am on Monday 17th February 2020 and is expected to last for 1week.
The alternative route for motorists will be via Nether Street, Ballards Lane and Alexandra Grove, and vice versa.
Nothing in the above paragraphs shall apply to anything done with the permission of or at the direction of a Police Constable or a Traffic Warden in uniform.
