CROYDON COUNCIL ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT, 1984, SECTION 14 AS AMENDED AND THE ROAD TRAFFIC (TEMPORARY RESTRICTIONS) ACT 1991 GROVE ROAD, THORNTON HEATH TEMPORARY RESTRICTION OF TRAFFIC & PARKING
1. Croydon Council HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate works to install a new drainage connection, they have made an Order to the effect of which would be to temporarily restrict traffic and parking in Grove Road, Thornton Heath.
2. Whilst the said works are taking place:-
(a) Grove Road will be closed between its junctions with Ashley Road and Kirklees Road;
(b) Waiting restrictions will apply and parking will be prohibited at any time in the above section of Grove Road.
3. During the works the diversion route for traffic will be via Ashley Road and Fairlands Avenue as appropriately signed.
4. The Order will come into operation on 05 June 2020 and it is anticipated that the works will be carried out within four weeks. However, the Order will remain in force for 18 months to be reintroduced should further works be required.
5. These restrictions shall not apply in respect of:
(a) any vehicle involved in carrying out the said works;
(b) any vehicle being used for fire brigade, ambulance or police purposes;
(c) anything done with the permission of a police constable in uniform or a Civil Enforcement Officer.

THORNTON HEATH TEMPORARY RESTRICTION OF TRAFFIC & PARKING
1. Croydon Council HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate gas main replacement works, they have made an Order the effect of which would be to temporarily restrict traffic and parking in Leander Road and Lonsdale Gardens.
2. Whilst the said works are taking place:
(a) Leander Road will be closed at its junction with London Road;
(b) Lonsdale Gardens will be closed at its junction with Galpin's Road;
(c) Parking in the following roads will be suspended as necessary to facilitate the works and waiting and loading restrictions will apply at any time.
- Galpin's Road - Goldwell Road
- Headcorn Road - Leander Road
- Lonsdale Gardens - Walden Gardens
- Wharfedale Gardens
(d) Any other traffic management measures required to facilitate the works will be introduced as necessary in the streets detailed above and adjoining streets.
3. Whilst the closures are in force, the alternative routes for traffic will be via London Road, Goldwell Road and Leander Road and vice versa or via London Road, Headcorn Road, Goldwin Road and Leander Road and vice versa (for the closure of Leander Road), or via Galpin's Road, London Road, Wharfedale Gardens and Lonsdale Gardens and vice versa, or via Galpin's Road, Silverleigh Road, Headcorn Road, London Road, Wharfedale Gardens and Lonsdale Gardens and vice versa (for the closure of Lonsdale Gardens).
4. The Order will come into operation on 08 June 2020 and it is anticipated that the works will be carried out within approximately 12 days, between 8am and 6pm each day. However, the Order will remain in force for 18 months to be reintroduced should further works be required.
5. These restrictions shall not apply in respect of:
(a) any vehicle involved in carrying out the said works;
(b) any vehicle being used for fire brigade, ambulance or police purposes;
(c) anything done with the permission of a police constable in uniform or a Civil Enforcement Officer.

TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC PAMPISFORD ROAD, SOUTH CROYDON
1. Croydon Council, HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that to facilitate new water service connection works they have made an Order the effect of which would be to temporarily restrict traffic in Pampisford Road.
2. Whilst the said works are taking place in Pampisford Road will be closed at its junction with Purley Way.
3. Whilst the works are taking place the alternative route for diverted traffic will be via Russell Hill Road, Brighton Road, Purley Road, Brighton Road and Christchurch Road, as appropriately signed.
4. The Order will come into operation on the 08 June 2020 and it is anticipated that the works will be carried out within five days, between 8am and 5pm each day. However, the Order will remain in force for 18 months to be reintroduced should further works be required. The prohibition will only apply during such times and to such extent as shall from time to time be indicated by traffic signs.
5. These restrictions shall not apply in respect of:
(a) A vehicle being used for fire brigade, ambulance or police purposes;
(b) A vehicle carrying out the said works;
(c) Anything done with the permission of a police constable in uniform or a Civil Enforcement Officer.

CROYDON COUNCIL ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT, 1984, SECTION 14 AS AMENDED THE ROAD TRAFFIC (TEMPORARY RESTRICTIONS) ACT 1991 AND ALL OTHER ENABLING POWERS FOOTPATH NO. 683, BETWEEN HYTHE ROAD AND MERSHAM ROAD, THORNTON HEATH TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF PEDESTRIAN TRAFFIC
1. Croydon Council, HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that to facilitate an ongoing fly-tip clean up on the public footpath, they have made an order the effect of which will be to temporarily prohibit pedestrian movements on Footpath No. 683.
2. Whilst the said works are taking place no person shall proceed along Public Footpath No.683 which lies between Hythe Road and Mersham Road, Thornton Heath.
3. Whilst the Order remains in force the alternative route for pedestrians will be via Hythe Road, Livingstone Road and Mersham Road as appropriately signed.
4. The Order will come into operation on 05 June 2020 and it is anticipated that the works will be carried out in 6 months. The prohibition will only apply during such times and to such extent as shall from time to time be indicated by traffic signs.
5. Nothing in this Order shall apply to anyone carrying out the said works, or to anything done for police, ambulance or fire brigade purposes or with the permission or at the direction of a police constable in uniform or a civil enforcement officer.
