Erection of single storey outbuilding to create 1no self-contained flat with 1no car parking space and new rear site boundary wall. Reason(s) for advertising: Development in a Conservation Area. You may view the applications and plans without an appointment between 9am and 1pm and between 2pm and 5pm Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays, at the Planning Reception, 1st Floor, 2 Bristol Avenue, Colindale, London NW9 4EW.
