LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A VARIATION OF PREMISES LICENCE/ CLUB PRENISES CERTIFICATE*
Notice is hereby given that Miss Dilek Nazlikol has applied to the Licensing Authority of London Borough of Enfield for a Variation of Premises Licence Premises Certificate* to permit Extending time for supply alcohol Sunday to  Wednesday from 08:00 till 00:00 Midnight Thursday & Friday and Saturday from 08.00am to 0l:00am for the premises Evora Retail Ltd., situated al 50-52 Aldermans Hill London N13 4PP The public register where applications are available to be viewed by members ol the pubic can be accessed online by visiting  https://newenfield.gov.uk/services/ and following the link to Licensing register.Email licensing@enfield.gov.uk to request a copy of the application within 23 days from the date of this notice. Any person wishing to submit relevant representations concerning this application must give  notice by emaining licensing@enfield.gov.uk, giving in detail the grounds of the representation no later than: 03/09/2020. Representations received by post will not be accepted during the Covid19 emergency period. The Council will not entertain representations where the writer requests that his identity remains anonymous. Copies of all representations will be Included in the papers presented to the Licensing Authorities Sub Commitee and will therefore pass into the public domain. Representations must relate to one or more of the four licensing Objectives: the prevention of crime and disorder, public safety, the prevention of public nuisance and the protection of children from harm. It Is an offence, under seder 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statementin connection with an application for a premises licence. A person guilty of an offence is liable on sunmnary conviction to a fine not excedding level five on the standard scale. Dated this 07 day of August 2020.
