BRACKNELL FOREST BOROUGH COUNCIL (FOOTWAY/CYCLEWAY BETWEEN WOODEN HILL AND QUINTILIS) (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF DRIVING) ORDER 2020 Notice is hereby given that Bracknell Forest Borough Council intends to make an Order, in accordance with Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 the effect of which will be to prohibit any person from proceeding, in any direction, along the footway between Wooden Hill and Quintilis, Bracknell. The alternative route for all persons affected by the closure will be via Wooden Hill, Ringmead, including the subway under Ringmead and Quintillis or via this route reversed. The purpose of this Order is to protect the public whilst alterations are made to the existing footway.
The Order will come into operation on the 12th November 2020 and have a maximum duration of 18 months. It is currently planned that the closure will be in place from the 12th November 2020 - 12th November 2021. This Order shall only apply when the appropriate signs and markings are displayed.
