NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Barnet have made on 5th November 2020 the above-mentioned Orders under Section 6,45,46,49 and 51 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and all other enabling powers. The general effect of the Free Order will be to remove lengths of 'at any time' waiting restrictions and lengths of Monday to Saturday 10am-11am and 2pm-3pm waiting restrictions on Langstone Way NW7, between the vehicular access to Farthing Court, Langstone Way and the vehicular access to the Waitrose, Langstone Way in order to accommodate a Zebra Crossing.
In order to provide a parking facility for disabled blue badge holders the general effect of the Orders will be to provide 2 disabled parking bays outside No.35 to No.37 The Broadway NW7, for use by motorists who display a valid disabled blue badge. As a result of the above measure, a length of an existing Monday to Saturday 9am to 5.30pm (Max stay 1 hour 30 mins) payment parking bay will be removed outside No.35 to No.37 The Broadway NW7.
The general effect of the Charged For Order will be to remove the resident parking place on Edgwarebury Lane outside Nos. 64 and 66 and introduce a Monday to Saturday 8am to 6.30pm waiting restriction in its place in order to accommodate an uncontrolled pedestrian crossing.
In order to prevent obstructive parking, improve traffic flow, sightlines and general road safety, the general effect of the Orders will also be to:
(a) Convert existing lengths of 11am to 12pm Monday to Friday waiting restrictions at the junction of Water Brook Lane and Brent Green NW4 to 'at any time' waiting restrictions.
(b) Convert an existing length of 8am to 6.30pm Monday to Saturday waiting restriction outside Nos. 5 to 11 Hale Lane NW7to 'At anytime'.
(c) Remove a length of 11am to 12pm Monday to Friday waiting restriction opposite nos.17 to 19 Hale Lane, a length of 8am to 6.30pm Monday to Saturday waiting restriction outside nos. 13 to 19 Hale Lane and a length of 'at any time' waiting restriction opposite nos.9 to 15-17 Hale Lane.
A copy of the Orders, which will come into operation on 9th November 2020, and the Council's Statement of Reasons for making the Orders can be obtained for a period of 6 weeks from the date on which this notice is published by emailing

Any person wishing to question the validity of the Orders or any of their provisions on the grounds that they are not within the relevant powers of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or that any of the relevant requirements thereof or any regulations made there under have not been complied with in relation to the Orders may, within six weeks of the date on which the Orders were made, make application for the purpose to the High Court.
