THE BARNET (FREE PARKING PLACES, LOADING PLACES, WAITING, LOADING AND STOPPING RESTRICTIONS) (AMENDMENT N0.125) ORDER 2020 THE BARNET (CHARGED-FOR PARKING PLACES) (AMENDMENT NO.89) ORDER 2020
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Barnet have made on 3rd December 2020 the above-mentioned Orders under Sections 6, 45, 46, 49,51 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and all other enabling powers.
In order to accommodate the introduction of 'dropped kerb' vehicle crossovers to enable access to off-street parking facilities, the general effect of the Orders will also be to remove existing parking spaces and replace with yellow line waiting restrictions outside the locations as follows:

In order to mitigate for the loss of event day permit holder footway parking spaces outside the address formally known as No.86 and No.88 Bunns Lane (Pirin Lodge) NW7 the general effect of the Charged-for order will be to:
1. extend the existing 1 pm to 6pm on event days permit holder only parking bay situated on the footway outside the off-street Car Park of Pirin Lodge by approximately by 7.3 metres in length.

2. extend the existing 1 pm to 6pm on event days permit holder only parking bay situated on the footway outside the pedestrian entrance to Pirin Lodge No.88 Bunns Lane approximately by 5.6 metres in length.

A copy of the Orders, which will come into operation on Tuesday 8th December 2020 and the Council's Statement of Reasons for making the Orders can be obtained for a period of 6 weeks from the date on which this notice is published by emailing parking.consultations@barnet.gov.uk or by writing to the Design Team, Highways Section, 6th Floor, Bristol Avenue, Colindale, London NW9 4EW.
Any person wishing to question the validity of the Orders or any of their provisions on the grounds that they are not within the relevant powers of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or that any of the relevant requirements thereof or any regulations made there under have not been complied with in relation to the Orders may, within six weeks of the date on which the Orders were made, make application for the purpose to the High Court.
