NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Barnet propose to make the above-mentioned Orders under Sections 6, 45,46,49,51 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and all other enabling powers.

In order to provide a parking facility to disabled blue badge holders who meet qualifying criteria, the general effect of the above Orders would be to provide designated disabled parking bays for use by motorists in their vehicles who display both a valid disabled blue badge and a dedicated disabled permit which would be applicable to each bay, outside the following locations:

9 Rapide - Clayton Field NW9,11 Knightswood Close, Rose Cottage -High Street NW7, Fernwood Crescent N20 (Side of 367 Oakleigh Road North), South Road HA8 (opposite Redhill Court), 60 Stanhope Road N12 (by converting an existing disabled bay) 18 Golders Manor Drive NW11 (by converting an existing resident permit holders only parking space operating Mon to Fri 11am to 12pm), 33 Bedford Road N2 (by converting an existing shared use resident/ business permit holders only parking space operating Mon to Fri 2pm to 3pm) and 10 Glebe Road N3,51 Langford Crescent EN4.

The Orders would also remove redundant disabled parking bays outside 24 Grove Road EN4,30 Grove Road EN4,57 Beaufort Park NW11, 4 Beeston Road EN4,172 Squires Lane N3,12 Glebe Road N3,30 Grange Avenue EN4,100 Cressingham Road HAS, 30 St George's Road NW11 (To be converted to a Resident permit holder only parking space operating Mon to Sat 9am to 5pm), 19 Churchfield Avenue N12 (To be converted to a Resident permit holder only parking space operating Mon to Sat 9am to 5pm), 31 Churchfield Avenue N12 (To be converted to a Resident permit holder only parking space operating Mon to Sat 9am to 5pm), 36 Churchfield Avenue N12 (To be converted to a Resident permit holder only parking space operating Mon to Sat 9am to 5pm), 15 Bedford Road N2 (To be converted to a shared use resident/ business permit holders only parking space operating Mon to Fri 2pm to 3pm), 18 Bedford Road N2 (To be convert to a resident permit holder only parking space operating Mon to Fri 2pm to 3pm).

In order to accommodate the introduction of 'dropped kerb' vehicle crossovers to enable access to off-street parking facilities, the general effect of the Orders would also be to remove existing parking spaces and replace with yellow line waiting restrictions outside the locations as follows:

A copy of the proposed Orders, associated plans of the relevant areas and the Council's Statement of Reasons for proposing to make the Orders can be inspected between 9am and 5pm on Mondays to Fridays inclusive for a period of 21 days from the date on which this notice is published at:

b) Reception, Hendon Town Hall, The Burroughs, Hendon, London, NW4 4BG
