ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 - SECTIONS 35C AND 46A: VARIATION OF PARKING AND PERMIT CHARGES APPLICABLE IN CONTROLLED PARKING ZONES AND OFF-STREET CAR PARKS (T11(21))
1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Waltham Forest will vary the certain parking and permit charges applicable in controlled parking zones and off-street car parks under the powers conferred by sections 35C and 46A of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, and in accordance with regulation 25 of the Local Authorities' Traffic Orders (Procedure) (England and Wales) Regulations 1996.

2. Commencing 01 April 2021, the parking and permit charges applicable in respect of vehicles left in on-street parking places in controlled parking zones and in off-street car parks will be varied as set out in the following table:-

3. FURTHER NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, commencing 01 April 2021, the council of the London Borough of Waltham Forest will vary the charge for parking place suspensions and waiting restriction dispensations as set out in the following table:-
