Notice is hereby given that Essex County Council, in association with Morgan Sindall, is seeking planning permission for a new Primary School and Early Years Nursery with associated playing fields, hard play areas, parking and landscaping on land off St Lukes Way, Runwell, Wickford - Application ref: CC/CHL/15/21
The proposed development may not accord with the provisions of the Chelmsford Local Plan (2020) in force in the area which the land to which the application relates is situated. The proposal may also affect the setting of the Chapel at Runwell Hospital which is a Grade II Listed Building.

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Brandenburg Road, Canvey Island in the Borough of Castle Point, from its junction with Berg Avenue to its junction with Heeswyk Road a distance of approximately 50m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 8th March 2021 for 19 days, or where stated on a valid permit (AD037R058358414 -Anglian Water). is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Fanton Chase, Shotgate in the Borough of Basildon, from its junction with Second Avenue for a distance of approximately 55m in an easterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 17th March 2021 tor 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (BC008WBJHG56J01 - BT). Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of High Road, Fobbing in the Borough of Basildon, from a point approximately 20m northwest of its junction with Moores Avenue for a distance of approximately 85m in a northwesterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 14th March 2021 for 2 nights (01:15-04:00), or where stated on a valid permit (KL733TLL-30-33-140321 - Network Rail Infrastructure Ltd). Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order To temporarily close that length of School Lane, Benfleet in the Borough of Castle Point, from its junction with Essex Way for a distance of approximately 70m in a southerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 7th March 2021 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (EP02231004944 - Essex County Council). (Various Roads, Borough of Castle Point) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic
& Clearway) (No.1) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order
1. To temporarily close the various lengths of road in the Borough of Castle Point as specified in the schedule to this Order.

2. A temporary "No Waiting, No Loading and No Stopping' restriction will be introduced on both sides of carriageway on the above lengths of roads for the duration of the closure to facilitate the works. Signs will be installed indicating when the No Waiting restriction will be in force.

"The Essex County Council (Castle Point Borough) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) Consolidation Order 2019" will be temporarily amended to include the temporary 'No Waiting at Any Time' restriction and suspend any existing parking and waiting restrictions on the above lengths of roads only. All other restrictions and exemptions contained in the aforementioned Order and Amendments to that Order shall remain in force.
The works being undertaken will take place within an 18-month period from 4th March 2021, exact dates will be specified on One.network. The roads will be closed to facilitate each phase of works and then re-opened to the public. Access will be maintained for emergency services. Diversion routes will be signed at each location and residents will be informed of the dates of each phase via letter/leaflet drop and advanced warning signs on the road.

(Various Roads, District of Rochford) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic & Clearway) (No.2) Order 2021

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order:
1. To temporarily close the various lengths of road in the District of Rochford as specified in the schedule to this Order.

2. A temporary 'No Waiting, No Loading and No Stopping' restriction will be introduced on both sides of carriageway on the above lengths of roads for the duration of the closures to facilitate the works. Signs will be installed indicating when the No Waiting restriction will be in force.
