LONDON BOROUGH OF BARNET
ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 AS AMENDED BY THE ROAD TRAFFIC (TEMPORARY RESTRICTIONS) ACT 1991 SECTION 14(1) TEMPORARY INTRODUCTION OF ONE-WAY TRAFFIC SYSTEM, NO ENTRY AND ROAD CLOSURE PROSPECT RING N11
The BARNET LONDON BOROUGH COUNCIL HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that owing for the need to facilitate the resurfacing of the road and footways under S278 agreement, they have made an Order which will:
(a) temporarily introduce a One-way traffic system on Prospect Ring N2, for vehicles to travel in a clockwise direction only, from a point between Ash Tree Court and Nos. 61 to 104 Prospect Ring, while the works take place.

(b) temporarily prohibit vehicles from entering the south-westernmost arm of Prospect Ring N2, from a point between Ash Tree Court and Nos. 61 to 104 Prospect Ring, while the works take place.

(c) temporarily close Prospect Ring N2, at its junction with Market Place, while the works take place.

The works will commence at 8am on Monday 15th March 2021 and is expected to last for 72 days. However, the one-way system and no entry will only be in place between 15th March and 16th May 2021 and the road closure will only be in place between 17th May and 22nd May 2021. Nothing in the above paragraphs shall apply to anything done with the permission of or at the direction of a Police Constable or a Traffic Warden in uniform.
