CAPITA CUSTOMER SUPPORT GROUP NOTICE UNDER SECTION 233 OF THE TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1990 -APPROPRIATION OF LAND INCLUDING OPEN SPACE LAND AT UPPER AND LOWER FOSTERS
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the London Borough of Barnet (The Council) is intending to appropriate the area of land (The Land) described in the Schedule to this Notice for planning purposes in order to deliver the development within the Upper/Lower Fosters Estate. The Land consists of or forms part of an open space.
A plan showing 'The Land' can be inspected online, by contacting either Camilla D'Aguilar (firstname.lastname@example.org) or Charles Parkin (email@example.com) or you can request an electronic copy by contacting the Estates Business Support team. Before making any further decision on the proposed appropriation of the Land the Council will consider any objections or written representations received. All objections or written representations should be addressed to EstatesBusinessSupport@Barnet.gov.uk, quoting reference 'Appropriation of Land, Upper, Lower Fosters', and must arrive no later than two weeks after the date of this advertisement.
