APPLICATION FOR THE VARIATION OF A PREMISES LICENCE
Notice of application for the variation of a Premises Licence under section 34 of the Licensing Act 2003. Notice is hereby given that The Elmore Jam Ltd has applied to the London Borough of Waltham Forest for the variation of an existing Premises Licence at: The Pump House, 10 South Access Road, Walthamstow E17 8AX. The nature of the application is to increase the licensable activities as follows: Sale of alcohol ON and OFF sales: Monday-Friday 18:00 - 23:00, Friday-Saturday - 10:30-15:00 and 18:00 - 23:00, Sunday - 10:30 to 15:00 and 18:00 to 23:00 Non-standard timings apply: Bank Holidays 10:30 to 15:00 and 18:00 to 23:00. The Licensing register listing full details of the application is kept by the Licensing Service, 3 The Square, London E10 5NR. The application may be viewed Monday to Friday between the hours of 9am - 5pm (except Bank Holidays). Representations must be received no later than 20th April 2021. It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application. A person is liable to an unlimited fine on conviction should such a false statement be made.
