INTRODUCTION/AMENDMENT/REMOVAL OF WAITING AND LOADING RESTRICTIONS AND PARKING PLACES - VARIOUS LOCATIONS VARIOUS CONTROLLED PARKING ZONE AMENDMENT ORDERS T05
Notice is hereby given that the Council of the London Borough of Haringey on 4 June 2021 has made the above-mentioned Orders under sections 6, 45, 46 and 124 of and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended. The general effect of the Orders would be:-
1. To convert-
i. Existing pay by phone parking bay between nos. 2 to 10 Lealand Road N15, into a permit holder only bay operating at zone hours;
ii. Existing shared use, resident and pay by phone parking bay between nos. 2 to 16 Whittington Road N22 into shared use, permit and pay by phone, operating at zone hours;
2. To remove: -
i. Existing single yellow line outside No.16 Greenfield Road N15, therefore extending an existing resident permit parking bay by 1.1 meters in length;
ii. Existing parking bay in Whitley Road N17 at the rear of no. 47 The Avenue N17 by 6 meters in length, therefore increasing the existing double yellow line waiting restriction by this length;
Date of operation: The Order will come into operation on 28 June 2021. Application to the high court: Any person desiring to question the validity of the Orders or of any provision contained therein on the grounds that it does not comply with the relevant powers of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended or that any of the relevant requirements thereof or of any relevant regulations made there under have not been complied with in relation to the Orders may, within six weeks of the date on which the Orders were made, make application for the purpose to the High Court.
