Pension Scheme Notice under the Trustee Act 1925 Trelleborg Stanton Limited Retirement Benefits Scheme(“the Scheme”)
Notice is hereby given under section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925, that the Trustees are winding-up the Scheme with effect from 24 April 2014.
This notice applies if you were an employee of Trelleborg Stanton Limited (or previously Stanton Rubber Limited), and a member of the Scheme (or you are a widow, widower or other dependant of a member of the Scheme) and think you are still entitled to benefits under the Scheme, but have not yet been notified of the Scheme wind up.
If you are one of the persons noted above, please contact the Trustees of the Trelleborg Stanton Limited Retirement Benefits Scheme, c/o Nick Wickham, Barnett Waddingham, Cheapside House, 138 Cheapside, London EC2V 6BW.
You should include details of your current address, your full name, National Insurance number and a note of any benefits to which you think you may be entitled. Creditors and beneficiaries should make claims in writing to the address above not later than 2 months from the date of this notice. After that date, the Scheme’s assets will be distributed in meeting valid claims and securing benefits for persons known to the Trustees to have entitlements under the Scheme. The Trustees will have no liability to any person claiming an entitlement after that date which was not evident from their records. 28 April 2014
