PROPOSED INTRODUCTION/AMENDMENT/REMOVAL OF WAITING AND LOADING RESTRICTIONS AND PARKING PLACES -VARIOUS LOCATIONS - MINOR WORKS BATCH NO.3 The Haringey (Free Parking Places, Loading Places and Waiting, Loading and Stopping Restrictions) (Amendment No.***) Order 202* The Haringey (Charged-For Parking Places) (Amendment No. ***) Order 202* T28

Notice is hereby given that the Council of the London Borough of Haringey proposes to make the above mentioned Orders under sections 6, 45, 46 and 124 of and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended. The general effect of the Orders would be:-

as

1. To extend:



(i) Resident Permit Holder Only bay on 1) Abbotsford Avenue N15, EAST SIDE from 5.9 metres south of the shared property boundary of No.3/No.4 north for 16.4 metres. 2) Springcrofl Avenue N22, EAST SIDE from the shared property boundary of No.42/No.44 south for 4.5 metres.



(ii) No Waiting at Any Time restrictions on Priory Road N8, SOUTH SIDE from a point opposite the western boundary of N0.68, east for the remaining length of the road. NORTH/EAST SIDE from the shared boundary of No.58/No.56, east then south for the remaining length of the road.

2. To convert:



(i) Pay by Phone restrictions to Permit Holders Only on Vale Road N10, NORTH WEST SIDE from a point 0.5 metres north east of the south western property boundary of No.91 a, south west for 16 metres.



(ii) Doctors bay to Permit Holder Only restrictions on Myddleton Road N22, NORTH SIDE from the shared property boundary of No.52/ No.50, west for 5.25 metres.



(iii) No Waiting Mon-Fri 11 am-1 pm to No Waiting at Any Time restrictions on Clarence Road N22, NORTH SIDE from 0.5 metres east of shared property boundary of No.19/No.21, west for 6.35 metres.



(iv) No Waiting 8am-6.30pm to No Waiting at Any Time on Hornsey Lane N6, NORTH WEST SIDE: from the shared property boundary of No.101/No.99, north east for 5.35 metres and from the north eastern boundary of No.101, south west for 6.16 metres.



(v) Loading only bay to Pay by Phone 9.30am-5pm Mon-Sat max stay 3 hours no return in 2 hours on Tottenham Lane N8, SOUTH EAST SIDE outside No.159, length will also be increased by 8.9 metres in a south westerly direction. Tariff being charged at £3.30 per hour.



(vi) No Waiting 8am-6.30pm Mon-Sat to Resident Permit Holders Only on Langham Road N15, NORTH SIDE outside No.210 for 1.7 metres.



(vii) No Stopping except Police Vehicles to Permit Holders Only Mon-Fri 11 am-1 pm on Harold Road N8 NORTH EAST SIDE from a point 1.5 metres south east of shared property boundary of No.1 h/No.1 g, south east for 13.5 metres.



(viii)No Stopping except Police Vehicles to Pay by Phone Mon-Fri 11am-1 pm max stay 1 hr no return within 1 hr on Harold Road N8 NORTH EAST SIDE from the shared property boundary of No.1d/No.1e, south east for 15.5 metres. Tariff E2.10 per hour.

3. To introduce: -



(i) No Waiting at Any Time on 1) Hornsey Lane N6, NORTH WEST SIDE: from the shared property boundary of No.101/No.99, south west for 11.23 metres, from 5.35 metres north east of the shared property boundary of No.101/No.99, north east for 5 metres and from the north eastern boundary of No.101, north east for 14 metres. 3) Crescent Rise N22, BOTH SIDES from a point 6.2 metres north west of the shared property boundary of No.12/No.10 south east for 9.2 metres. 4) Park View Road N17, NORTH SIDE for 3.5 metres adjacent to No.1 Havelock Road. 5) Park View Road N17, SOUTH SIDE for 6.1 metres opposite No.1 Havelock Road. 6) Havelock Road N17, WEST SIDE outside No.4 for 0.9 metres. 7) Havelock Road N17 EAST SIDE outside No.3 for 3.4 metres.

(ii) No Waiting at Any Time/No Loading at any Time on BOTH SIDES of Norfolk Avenue N13 from the northern property boundary of No.143, south east, west then north west to the northern property boundary of No. 142.



(iii) No Loading at Any Time restrictions on BOTH SIDES of Dowsett Road N17, Park View Road N17 and Havelock Road N17 at the junction where the roads meet for approx. 10 metres in each direction.



4. To remove: -



(i) No Waiting at Any Time restrictions on 1) Abbotsford Avenue N15, EAST SIDE outside No.4 for approximately 16.4 metres. 2) Alexandra Park Road N22, NORTH SIDE from the shared property boundary of No.239/No.241 east for 3.8 metres, from 4.5 metres east of shared property boundary of No.243/245 east for 7 metres and SOUTH SIDE from the shared property boundary of No.250/No.52 west for



4 metres. 3) Wood Vale N10, EAST SIDE from the shared property boundary of No.79/No.81, north for 5.95 metres.

(ii) Resident Permit Holder Only bays on Hornsey Lane N6, NORTH WEST SIDE: outside No.99, No.101 and from the north eastern boundary of No.101 for 14 metres.



(iii) Permit Holder Only restrictions on 1) Park View Road N17, NORTH SIDE for 3.5 metres adjacent to No.1 Havelock Road. SOUTH SIDE for 6.1 metres opposite No.1 Havelock Road. 2) Havelock Road N17, WEST SIDE outside No.4 for 0.9 metres. EAST SIDE outside No.3 for 3.4 metres.



(iv) No Waiting Mon-Fri 11 am-1 pm restrictions on Springcroft Avenue N22, EAST SIDE from the shared property boundary of No.42/No.44 south for 4.5 metres.



(v) No Waiting at Any Time restrictions on Tottenham Lane N8, SOUTH EAST SIDE from the north eastern property boundary of SA Citadel, north east for 8.9 metres.



5. To formalise the No Waiting at Any Time restrictions on Hampden Road N8, NORTH SIDE: From its junction with Wightman Road, west for 34.2 metres. SOUTH SIDE: From its junction with Wightman Road, west for 30.5 metres.
