NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, in order to reduce speeds on the approach to a temporary carriageway narrowing in Westpole Avenue, the Council propose to introduce under sections 90A to 90I of the Highways Act 1980 two sets of 1.7 metre wide and 75 mm high flat-topped speed cushions at the locations specified in the Schedule to this Notice.
