. Comments in writing should be sent to the Head of Development Management within 21 days of the date of this notice, quoting the appropriate application number (shown in bold above). Replies received after the 21 day period may not be taken into account. You can also submit comments through the website. In some cases the application must be considered by Committee, and members of the public have the opportunity to address that Committee, subject to certain rules. If you wish to speak, you should confirm this in your letter and you will be sent more details in due course Comments received will only be acknowledged on receipt of a stamped, self-addressed envelope or by email, if an email address is supplied. Any persons making comments in writing will be informed of the decision in due course.
