1. Notice is hereby given that the Council of the London Borough of Haringey proposes to make the above-mentioned Orders under sections 6, 45, 46, 49 and 124 of and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, and of all other powers.



2. The General Effects of the Orders would be:

(ii) To revoke the relevant underlying Controlled Parking Zone restrictions at the locations mentioned in Section 2(i) of this notice.



(iii) To formalise the existing Loading Bay Mon-Sat 8am-6.30pm max stay 1 hour no return in 1 hour EAST SIDE of Brownlow Road N11 from a point 1 metre north of the southern property wall of No. 10/11 Queens Parade N8, extending northward for a distance of 11 metres. This is purely a paper exercise with no changes on the ground to be made.



(iv) To formalise the existing Pay by Phone Mon-Fri 10am-12Noon mas stay 1 hr no return in 1 hr on Brownlow Road EAST SIDE from the southern property boundary of No.5, north east for 20.5 metres. This is purely a paper exercise with no changes on the ground to be made.



(v) To remove the disabled badge holders only bay on the NORTH SIDE of Maryland Road N22 outside No.71. This will be replaced with Permit Holder Parking Place.



(vi) To relocate a disabled badge holders only bay on the SOUTH EAST SIDE of Gordon Road N11 which is currently located outside Bounds Green Practice Gordon Road. The bay is proposed to be located at a point 5.6 metres north east of a point in line with the shared property boundary of No.30/No.28, north east for 6.6 metres.



(vii)To introduce Resident Permit Holders parking places operating at zone hours on SOUTH EAST SIDE of Queens Road N11 from the shared property boundary of No.17/19, south west for 3.5 metres. All properties of Queens Road N11 will be eligible to apply for a permit.

3. Copies of the proposed Orders and of the Council's statement of reasons for making the Orders and plans showing the location and effects of the Orders may be inspected during normal office working hours, by appointment, until the end of a period of 6 weeks from the date on which the Orders are made or the Council decides not to make the Orders, at the reception desk, Alexandra House, 10 Station Road, Wood Green, N22 7TR or can be viewed online at
