NOTICE OF APPLICATION MADE 10 SEPTEMBER 2021 FOR A NEW (TIME-LIMITED) PREMISES LICENCE FOR 'N17 ARENA', TOTTENHAM HOTSPUR STADIUM
Notice is hereby given that Tottenham Hotspur Limited has applied to the Licensing Authority of London Borough of Haringey for a time-limited Premises Licence to permit licensable activities at 'N17 Arena', Tottenham Hotspur Stadium, Worchester Avenue/Park Lane, Tottenham, London N17 0BX (the "Premises" as delineated in red on the licensing plan served with the application) subject to bespoke conditions, during the following maximum daily hours: Regulated Entertainment (plays; film; live and recorded music; dance performances and similar activities) and the Sale of Alcohol: 09:00 to 22:30. Please note that the maximum hours are to ensure flexibility of operation; in practice, licensable activities may be restricted depending on numerous factors including (but not limited to) whether a Stadium or other 'Major Event' is taking place; Event planning (including Risk Assessments); management discretion; location of proposed activity and/or the application of other legislative/regulatory constraints. The Licence sought will expire on 30 September 2024. More specific information is set out in the supporting documentation (including draft conditions) which can be inspected by prior appointment at the Licensing Authority. . Any person wishing to submit relevant representations concerning this application must give notice in writing to

licensing@haringey.gov.uk

, giving in detail the grounds of the representation no later than 8 October 2021. Copies of all valid Representations must include your name and address and will be included in the papers presented to the Licensing Authority's Sub Committee these will therefore pass into the public domain. Representations must relate to one or more of the four Licensing Objectives namely the prevention of crime & disorder, public safety, the prevention of public nuisance and the protection of children from harm. It is an offence liable on conviction to a fine up Level 5 under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application.
