M25 JUNCTION 26-27 UK BIODIVERSITY ACTION PLAN (BAP) SITES 1-3 VERGE PLANTING ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT ASSESSMENT: NOTICE OF DETERMINATION IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION 105 B (1) OF THE HIGHWAYS ACT 1980 (AS AMENDED)
Notice is given that Highways England Company Limited (Company No. 9346363) has determined that the proposal M25 Junctions 26-27 Biodiversity Action Plan (BAP) Verge Planting (570659)(TL421005), which is a relevant project within the meaning of section 105A(1)of the Highways Act 1980 (as amended) is not to be made subject to Environmental Impact Assessment in accordance with Part VA of the Highways Act 1980 (as amended) and EC Directive 85/337/EEC (as amended). Any comments about this notice should be sent to Highways England at the address given below. Any comments should be made as soon as possible and received by Highways England by close of play on 28th October 2021.
