The Redbridge (Parking) (Amendment No. **) Order 202*
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Redbridge propose to make the above- mentioned Orders under sections 45,46,49,124 and part IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 ("the Act") and of all other enabling powers. The effect of the Order will be to introduce School Staff parking permits for staff whose usual place of work is at a school within a controlled parking area providing that school is engaged with the Councils Smarter Travel Team and holds at least a bronze accreditation. Each permit shall be £195 per year, or £70 per four months. Permits will be issued and withdrawn at the Council's discretion, taking into account staffing numbers and off-street parking provision at each school. A copy of the proposed Order and the Council's statement of reasons for proposing to make the Order can be inspected between 9.30am and 8.00pm on Monday to Friday (except on Bank Holidays) and 10.00am to 5.00pm on Saturdays (except Bank Holidays), at the Central Library, Clements Road, llford, IG1 1EA. Any person who wishes to object or make any other representations to the Order must do so in writing, specifying the grounds for the objection, within 21 days of the date on which this notice is published, to Parking Design: Address: 10th Floor Lynton House, 255-259 High Road, llford, Essex IG1 1 NY.
