1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Enfield (the Council) propose to make the Enfield (Prescribed Routes) (No. *) Traffic Order 202", the Enfield (Waiting and Loading Restriction) (Amendment No. *) Traffic Order 202*, the Enfield (Event Day) (Waiting Restrictions) (Amendment No. *) Traffic Order 202*, the Enfield (Parking Places) (Pay and Display) (Various Roads) (No. *) Traffic Order 202* and the Enfield (Event Day) (Parking Places) (Amendment No. *) Traffic Order 202* under sections 6, 45, 46, 49, 84(1), 84(2) and 124 of and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended.

2. The general effect of the Orders would be to:

(a) to prevent motor vehicles from entering or proceeding in Grove Street N18, from the eastern kerb-line of Snells Park eastwards for a distance of 40 metres;

(b) introduce new "at any time" waiting restrictions in parts of Grove Street N18 and Snells Park N18;

(c) revoke a "pay and display" parking place in Grove Street N18; and

(d) revoke and introduce 'Event Day' parking places in Grove Street N18 and Snells Park N18

3. FURTHER NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that in order to control the speed of traffic, the Council propose to construct under sections 90A to 90I of the Highways Act 1980 -

(a) a raised junction, that would incorporate the existing speed table located in Grove Street, and which would be constructed at the location specified in Schedule 1 to this Notice.
4. Copies of the proposed Orders and of the Council's statement of reasons for proposing to make the Orders can be inspected at the Town Library, 66 Church Street, Enfield EN2 6AX, Monday to Fridays 9am - 5pm inclusive. 5. Persons desiring to object to the proposed Orders or make any other representations must do so by 2nd March 2022. Any such objection or any representation must be in writing, quoting reference TG52/1489, and must state the grounds on which it is made. From a point 15 metres north-west of the western wall of Edmonton County Court, No. 59 Fore Street to a point 5.5 metres west of the western kerb-line of Snells Park and from the southern kerb-line of Grove Street for a distance of 6 metres in a southerly direction along Snells Park.
