NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Haringey proposes to make the above mentioned Orders under sections 6, 45, 46 and 124 of and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended and Section 23 Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 to implement 3 Zebra Crossings on West Green Road and St Ann's Road N15.
The general effect of the Orders:
1. To amend the parking, waiting, loading and parking restrictions as detailed below to facilitate the installation of proposed Zebra Crossings:

West Green Road / Bedford Road

1. To introduce double yellow line operating at any time on West Green Road N15 at the eastern boundary of No.136, for 1.5 metres.
2. To reduce the length of the bus stop by 10 metres on West Green Road N15 opposite No.146 to 142, bus stop will now be 25 metres in length.
3. To remove single yellow line (approx. 44.3m) on West Green Road N15 outside No.142 to 136.
4. To remove double yellow line (approx. 30 metres) on West Green Road N15 opposite No.140 to 136.
5. To remove double kerb blips (approx. 5 metres) on West Green Road N15 opposite No.136.

St Ann's Road / Suffolk Road
1. To reduce the length of the permit bay by 1.6 metres on St Ann's Road N15 outside No.180.
2. To remove double yellow line (approx. 37 metres) on St Ann's Road N15 outside No.186 to 180.
3. To remove double yellow line (approx. 24 metres) on St Ann's Road N15 outside No.247 to 243.

St Ann's Road / Black Boy Road
1. To remove double yellow line (approx. 36 metres) on St Ann's Road N15 outside Chestnut Primary School.
2. To remove School Keep Clear (approx. 30 metres) on St Ann's Road N15 outside Chestnut Primary School.
3. To remove single yellow line (approx. 3 metres) on St Ann's Road N15 outside No.312.
4. To remove double yellow line (approx. 40 metres) on St Ann's Road N15 opposite Chestnut Primary School.

It is proposed that a Zebra Crossing would be introduced on West Green Road N15, with the centre located 3.2 metres east of the shared boundary No.138/140.
It is proposed that a Zebra Crossing would be introduced on St Ann's Road N15, with the centre located 3.5 metres north west of the shared boundary No.247/245.
It is proposed that a Zebra Crossing would be introduced on St Ann's Road N15, with the centre located 28.9 metres west of the western kerb line of Black Boy Lane.
The crossings will be supported with associated zig-zag markings, on which vehicles would be prohibited from stopping at all times. These will be placed on the carriageway either side of the crossings; no more than 17 metres in both directions.
Copies of the proposed Orders and of the Council's statement of reasons for making the Orders and plans showing the locations and effects of the Order may be inspected during normal office working hours until the end of a period of 6 weeks from the date on which the Order is made or the Council decides not to make the Order, at the reception desk, Alexandra House, 10 Station Road, Wood Green, N22 7TR or can be viewed online at https://consultation.appyway.com/haringey
