The Waltham Forest (Charged-For Parking Places) (Amendment No. 125) Order 2022 The Waltham Forest (Free Parking Places, Loading Places and Waiting, Loading and Stopping Restrictions) (Amendment No. 125) Order 2022
1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Waltham Forest (the Council) on 21" April 2022 made the above-mentioned Traffic Orders under sections 6, 45 and 124 of and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

2. The general effect of the Orders will be to continue Indefinitely the provisions of: The Waltham Forest (Charged-For Parking Places) (Amendment No. 61) Experimental Order 2020; The Waltham Forest (Free Parking Places, Loading Places and Waiting, Loading and Stopping Restrictions) (Amendment No. 61) Experimental Order 2020; The Waltham Forest (Charged-For Parking Places) (Amendment No. 62) Experimental Order 2020; and The Waltham Forest (Free Parking Places, Loading Places and Waiting, Loading and Stopping Restrictions) (Amendment No. 62) Experimental Order 2020 which by way of an experiment:

(a) In Snaresbrook Road E11 - on both sides (all such area that is the London Borough of Waltham Forest) - extended double yellow line at any time waiting restrictions situated at its junction with Woodford New Road eastward to the Council's boundary with London Borough of Redbridge; and

(b) converted Pay by Phone parking places to Free Short Stay parking places operating Mondays to Saturdays 8am to 6.30pm, maximum stay 30 minutes and no return in 3 hours:

(a) In West Street E11 - north-east side - outside the flank wall of No. 483 HRL; and

(b) In High Road Leytonstone E11 - north-west side - between the common boundary of Nos. 473/475 and 481 HRL.

More specific details of the above-mentioned provisions are contained in the notice of making of the original experimental traffic orders advertised in the East London and West Essex Guardian dated 22nd October 2020.
3. Copies of the Orders, which will come Into operation from 21" April 2022 and all other relevant documents can be Inspected until the expiration of a period of 6 weeks from that date on request by either emailing traffic.

4. Any person desiring to question the validity of the Orders or of any provision contained therein on the grounds that It is not within the relevant powers of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or that any of the relevant requirements thereof or of any relevant regulations made thereunder has not been complied with in relation to the Orders may, within six weeks of the making of the Orders, make application for the purpose to the High Court.
