London Borough Of Enfield Notice Of Making Of A Public Path Diversion Order London Borough Of Enfield Public Path Diversion (Footpath 24) (No.1) Order 2022 Highways Act 1980

The above order made on 25 April 2022 under section 119 of the Highways Act 1980 diverts Footpath 24 running adjacent to the railway track between Bell Lane and Turkey Brook westwards to a line running through Albany Park as shown on the Order plan. A copy of the Order and Order plan have been placed and may be seen free of charge during the 28 day period commencing on 4 May 2022 at Enfield Town Library, 66 Church Street, Enfield EN2 6AX. , quoting the reference 22/NoM/FP24 If no such representations or objections are duly made, or if any so made are withdrawn, the London Borough of Enfield may itself confirm the order as an unopposed order. If the order is sent to the Secretary of State for confirmation any representations and objections which have not been withdrawn will be sent with the order
