PROPOSED DEDICATED DISABLED PARKING PLACES AND DISABLED PARKING PLACE CHANGES, VARIOUS ROADS, LONDON BOROUGH OF HARINGEY,

Notice is hereby given that the Council of the London Borough of Haringey proposes to make the above-mentioned Orders under sections 6, 45, 46, 49 and 124 of and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, and of all other powers.

The General Effects of the Orders would be:


(i) To remove standard Disabled Parking Bays, outside (unless stated otherwise) the following properties in the London Borough of Haringey; No.3 Devonshire Road N17, No. 7 Devonshire Road N17, Between No.10 & 40 Devonshire Road N17, No.22 Northcott Avenue N22, No. 33 Lynmouth Road N2.

(ii) To convert existing Disabled Parking Bays to Dedicated Disabled Permit Holders Only Parking Bays, operating at any time, whilst also extending them to measure 6.6 metres in length, outside the following properties in the London Borough of Haringey; No.4 Boreham Road N22, No.5 Frome Road N22, No.19 Burgoyne Road N4, No.36 Sandford Avenue N22, No.39 Northcott Avenue N22

(iii) To convert existing Dedicated Disabled Permit Holders Only Parking Bays to Disabled Parking Bays, operating at any time, whilst also extending them to measure 6.6 metres in length, outside the following properties in the London Borough of Haringey; No.10 Wargrave Avenue N15

(iv) To introduce Dedicated Disabled Parking Bays, operating at any time, measuring a length of 6.6 metres, outside (unless stated otherwise) the following properties in the London Borough of Haringey; No. 3 Elms Avenue N10, No.15 Clyde Road N22, No.27 Glendish Road N17, No.63 Downhills Way N22, No.74 Durban Road N17, No.98/100 Sirdar Road N22, Dowding House No.1 to 28 Hillcrest N6, No.30 Northcott Avenue N22.

The Dedicated Disabled Parking Bay would specifically be for the use of the permit holder for which it would be authorised. No other permit or blue badge would be valid for use within the proposed parking place except for the permit for which it was issued.

(v) To implement the relevant surrounding Controlled Parking Zone restrictions at the locations mentioned in Section 2(i) of this notice.

(vi) To revoke the relevant underlying Controlled Parking Zone restrictions at the locations mentioned in Section 2(iv) of this notice.

Copies of the proposed Order and of the Council's statement of reasons for making the Order and plans showing the locations and effects of the Order may be inspected during normal office working hours until the end of a period of 6 weeks from the date on which the Order is made or the Council decides not to make the Order, at the reception desk, Alexandra House, 10 Station Road, Wood Green, N22 7TR or can be viewed online at https://consultation.appyway.com/haringey
