PLANNING (LISTED BUILDINGS AND CONSERVATION AREAS) ACT AND REGULATIONS 1990

HIGH ROAD WEST, LONDON N17 (land at Whitehall Street and between the railway line and the High Road from Brereton Road in the south up to and including the B&M store in the north) - reference HGY/2021/3175.

Giving notice of the receipt of further information, including Environmental Statement (ES) Addendums dated February and May 2022; and changes to the Development Specification, Design Code, Description of Development and associated supporting Planning Application Documents.
This is an application for Major Development and for development which would affect the setting of a listed building and affect the character or appearance of a conservation area.
Applicant: Lendlease (High Road West) Limited with DP9 Ltd acting as agent.
Proposal: Hybrid Planning application seeking permission for
1) Outline component comprising demolition of existing buildings and creation of new mixed-use development including residential (Use Class C3), commercial, business & service (Use Class EJ, business (Use Class B2 and B8), leisure (Use Class E), community uses (Use Class F1/F2), and Sui Generis uses together with creation of new public square, park & associated access, parking, and public realm works with matters of layout, scale, appearance, landscaping, and access within the site reserved for subsequent approval; and
2) Detailed component comprising Plot A including demolition of existing buildings and creation of new residential floorspace (Use Class C3) together with landscaping, parking, and other associated works.

The application can be inspected online on the Council website (www.haringey.gov.uk/planning). Any person who wishes to make a representation to the Council regarding the application should do so within 21 days of the date of this Notice.
