1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Enfield (the Council) propose to make The Enfield (Residents' Parking Places) (Bowes Park) (Amendment No. *) Traffic Order 202* and the Enfield (business Parking Places) (No. 1) Traffic Order 202* under sections 6, 45, 46, 49, 51 and 124 of and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

2. The general effect of the Orders would be:

(a) to introduce new business permits to Bowes Park CPZ that would be available in Sidney Avenue N13 and Whittington Road N22;

(b) introduce new business parking places in Sidney Avenue N13 and Whittington Road N22;

(c) provide that the vehicles which may be left in the business parking places shall display a valid business permit issued by the Council or its authorised agent;

(d) introduce a permit charge in respect of the proposed business parking places, the charge for which would be in accordance with the following table;

(e) provide that certain vehicles may wait free of charge in the residents parking places in certain circumstances, e.g.

to allow persons to board or alight (maximum two minutes), to load or unload (maximum 20 minutes) and vehicles left by specified disabled persons (no time limit).
The parts of streets specified in Schedule 1 to this Notice will form the extent of the zone and be used for the issue of permits.
3. A copy of the proposed Orders and of the Council's statement of reasons for proposing to make the Orders can be inspected at the Town Library, 66 Church Street, Enfield EN2 6AX, Monday to Fridays 9am - 5pm inclusive. (Note: If you wish

5. Any person desiring to object to the proposed Order, or make any other representations in respect of it should send a statement in writing to that effect, and in the case of an objection stating the grounds thereof, to the Head of Traffic and Transportation, the Civic Centre, Silver Street, Enfield, Middlesex, EN1 3XD, quoting the reference TG52/1502,
