ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 - SECTION 14(1)

The Council of the London Borough of Haringey intend to make the Temporary Traffic Orders described below:-

Street Name - Finsbury Road N22, Whittington Road N22, Myddleton Road N22, Gordon Road N11, N11, Marlborough Road N22, Passmore Gardens N11, Truro Road N22, Lynton Gardens N11

Reason for 14(1) Order - Installation works for Bounds Green LTN

Operational dates
Date: Thurs 7th July 2022 to Sun 14th August 2022 Time 24hr

General Effect of Order

i. Suspension 2 shared use bays on Marlborough Road N22 adjacent to No.79 Myddleton Road.

ii. Suspension of existing Loading Bay on Marlborough Road N22 adjacent to No.77 Myddleton Road.

iii. Suspension of Pay by Phone bay on Myddleton Road N22 outside No.75 to No.69 inclusive.

iv. Suspension of 3 Permit bays on Myddleton Road N22 outside No.44.

v. Suspension of 3 Resident bays on Whittington Road N22 adjacent to No.143 Myddleton Road (Mum's bistro) a total of 10.9 metres in length.

vi. Suspension of 1 Resident bay (i.e. 5.7m) on Whittington Road N22 outside No. 59.

vii. Suspension of 9.6 metres of single yellow line on Gordon Road N11 outside No.137.

viii. Suspension of 4 Resident bays on Gordon Road N11 opposite No.137 (18.3 metres in length)

ix. Suspension of 2 Permit bays on Finsbury Road N22 outside No.54 to No.58 (8.4 metres in length).

x. Suspension of 2 Resident bays on Passmore Gardens N11 outside 1-9 Warwick Court.

xi. Suspension of Resident bays on Passmore Gardens N11 outside 10-12/14-19 Warwick Court.

xii. Suspension of Shared use Paid bay/Permit bays on Whittington Road N22 outside No. 2 to No. 16 inclusive.

xiii. Suspension of 2 Resident bays on Whittington Road N22 outside No. 1.

xiv. Suspension of Resident bays on Whittington Road N22 outside No.3 to No.9 (inclusive)

xv. Suspension of single yellow lines on Lynton Gardens (northern kerb outside No.22 & No.24 at junction with Woodfield Way

xvi. Suspension of single yellow lines on Woodfield Way 5 metres either side of its junction with Lynton Gardens.

NO PARKING/WAITING (DOUBLE YELLOW LINES) WILL BE INTRODUCED AT THESE SECTIONS

i. Introduce double yellow lines on Marlborough Road N22, a length of 9.5 metres adjacent to No.77 Myddleton Road.

ii. Introduce double yellow on Marlborough Road N22, a length of 9 metres adjacent to No.79 Myddleton Road.

iii. Introduce double yellow lines on both sides of Truro Road N22, this will replace 2 of the white zigzags located 19.4 metres east of Clarence Road (northern kerb 5 metres and southern kerb 4.5 metres in length).

iv. Introduce double yellow lines on Whittington Road N22 outside No.61 to the shared property boundary of No.57/59 (9.5 metres in length).

The provisions of the Orders shall apply only at such times and as directed by traffic signs. For road closures, alternative routes will be directed by traffic signs.
