(Colne Road, Pebmarsh) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2022

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Colne Road, Pebmarsh in the District of Braintree, from a point approximately 335m south west of its junction with Levitts Corner for a distance of approximately 100m in a south westerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 29th July 2022 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (BC008WC8P137X - Openreach). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while pole replacement works are undertaken by Openreach.
An alternative route is available via Colne Road, Byndes Corner, Pebmarsh Road, Sudbury Road, Head Street, Colchester Road, Parley Beams, Stonebridge Hill, Halstead Road, Station Road, Elms Hall Road, Church Street and vice versa.
The Order will come into effect on 7th July 2022 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier

(Station Road, Cressing) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2022

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Station Road, Cressing in the District of Braintree, from its junction with Witham Road for a distance of approximately 540m in a south westerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 26th July 2022 for 3 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2328276 - Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while carriageway patching works are undertaken by Essex County Council. An alternative route is available via Station Road, Church Hill, The Street, Faulkbourne Road, Flora Road, Powers Hall End, Chipping Hill, Braintree Road, Cressing Road, Witham Road, Temple Lane and vice versa. The Order will come into effect on 7th July 2022 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier

(Station Road, Earls Colne) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2022

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Station Road, Earls Colne in the District of Braintree, from a point approximately 50m north west of its junction with Halstead Road for a distance of approximately 280m in a north westerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 1st August 2022 for 3 nights (20:00-05:00), or where stated on a valid permit (EP02231006893 - MDS). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while resurfacing works are undertaken by MDS. An alternative route is available via Station Road, Halstead Road, High Street, Church Hill, Upper Holt Street, Lower Holt Street, Colneford Hill, Colne Park Road, Mill Lane, Lawshall's Hill, Countess Cross Road, Countess Cross, Overhall Hill, Green Farm Road, The Green, Church Street, Elms Hall Road and vice versa. The Order will come into effect on 7th July 2022 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier

(Little Maplestead Road, Gestingthorpe) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2022

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Little Maplestead Road, Gestingthorpe in the District of Braintree, from its junction with Hedingham Road for a distance of approximately 1725m in a south easterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 11th July 2022 for 5 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2328376 - Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while carriageway patching works are undertaken by Essex County Council. An alternative route is available via Hedingham Road, Church Road, The Green, Park Road, Sudbury Road, Deans Hall Road, Oak Road, Gestingthorpe Road and vice versa.
The Order came into effect on 23rd June 2022 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier
