Notice Of Public Path Order Town and Country Planning Act 1990 Sections 257 & 261 Temporary Diversion to Allow Mineral Extraction in Accordance with Planning Application No. ESS/39/13/Ten Dated 4 July 2014 Order 2022

Footpath 3 Brightlingsea in The District of Tendring

The above order, made on 15 June 2022, will divert a part length of Footpath 3 in the parish of Brightlingsea, in the District of Tendring. Essex County Council granted planning permission under Part III of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 for the duration of mineral extraction and subsequent restoration at the first available opportunity but no later than 31 December 2027 as approved under planning permission reference ESS/39/13/TEN dated 4th July 2014.
A part length of Footpath 3 Brightlingsea shown by a bold black continuous line on the order map starting from a point close to the entrance to workings where the footpath runs in a westerly then northerly then north westerly direction along a track for a total distance of 457 metres to a point at the edge of a wooded area where it continues unaffected, to an alternative route 2 metres in width commencing at the aforementioned start point running in a south south westerly direction for a distance of 319 metres through a wooded area to a point where it continues in a generally north westerly direction along a field edge for a further distance of 517 metres to a point where it meets an access track before continuing in a north north easterly direction along a track by the side of a wooded area for a final distance of 156 metres to the aforementioned end point where it continues unaffected. Any representations about or objections to the order may be sent in writing to Robert Lee, Definitive Map Service, Essex County Council, Seax House, 2nd Floor, Victoria Road South, Chelmsford CM1 1QH not later than 28 July 2022 Please state the grounds on which they are made.
If no such representations or objections are duly made, or if any so made are withdrawn, Essex County Council may confirm the Order as an unopposed order. If the Order is sent to the Secretary of State for the Environment for confirmation any representations or objections which have not been withdrawn will be sent together with the Order Any such representation or objections will be taken into account by the Council with the result that they may be made available to the public under the Local Government (Access to Information) Act 1985.

(Footpath 11, Marks Tey, and Copford) (Temporary Prohibition of Use) Order 2022
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section S14(1) and Part III of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended), and Schedule 1 of The Traffic Orders Procedures Regulations 1996. Effect of the order: To temporarily close Footpath 11, Marks Tey, and Copford, in the City of Colchester from its junction with the A12 London Road to its junction with Footpath 12, for a distance of approximately 180 metres.
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section S14(1) and Part III of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended), and Schedule 1 of The Traffic Orders Procedures Regulations 1996. Effect of the order: To temporarily close Footpath 11, Marks Tey, and Copford, in the City of Colchester from its junction with the A12 London Road to its junction with Footpath 12, for a distance of approximately 180 metres.
The closure is scheduled to commence on 09 July 2022 to 21 November 2022 or where appropriate signs are showing and weather permitting. The closure is required to allow for repair works to be carried out to renew the ballast and sleepers on the railway track.
The Order will come into effect on 08 July 2022 and may continue in force for 6 months, or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Footpath 38, 39 & 46, Myland) (Temporary Prohibition of Use) Order 2022

Effect of the order: To temporarily close the following lengths of footpaths, Myland in City of Colchester. Footpath 38, from its junction with footpath 46, south for a distance of approximately 215 metres. Footpath 39, from its junction with footpath 38, northwest for a distance of approximately 315 metres and Footpath 46 from a point, approximately 325 metres west of its junction with footpath 45, in a westerly direction for a distance of approximately 110 metres. The closure is scheduled to commence on 15/07/2022 to 13/12/2022 or where appropriate signs are showing and weather permitting. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while the construction of the next phase of the Chesterwell Development comprising of roads, sewers and residential properties is undertaken. The alternative route will be via Footpath 45 plus a temporary alternative route and vice versa.
The Order will come into effect on 15/07/2022 and may continue in force for 6 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(High Street, Colchester) (Temporary Suspension of Prohibition of Vehicles) Order 2022

Notice is hereby given that Essex County Council has made the above Order under Sections 84(1) (a) and (2) and Part III of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To temporarily suspend the Temporary Prohibition of Vehicles' Order 2020, which is currently in place
on High Street, Colchester, from its junction with Head Street to its junction with Museum Street for its entire length. The Essex County Council) (High Street Colchester) (Temporary Prohibition of Vehicles) Order 2020 is hereby suspended in relation to the prohibition of vehicles entering High Street from its junction with Head Street to its junction with Museum Street whilst the Colchester Academy Year 11 Prom takes place. The prohibition of vehicles West Stockwell Street, East Stockwell Street, George Street and Maidenburgh Street at its junction with High Street will remain in force.
The temporary suspension of the 'Prohibition of Vehicles' order is scheduled to commence between the hours 18:00hrs on the 1 July 2022 and 01:00hrs on the 3 July 2022. The suspension is required to facilitate the taking place of the Colchester Academy Year 11 Prom.
The Order will come into effect 1 July 2022 and may continue in force for the duration of the event unless extended by the Secretary of State.

(Hythe Quay, Colchester) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2022

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation
Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Hythe Quay, Colchester in the Borough of Colchester, from its junction with Hythe Hill to its junction with Maudlyn Road a distance of approximately 60m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 26th July 2022 for 3 days, or where stated on a valid permit (AD03010664926 - Anglian Water). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while new connection works are undertaken by Anglian Water.
An alternative route is available via Hythe Hill, Hythe Hill Roundabout, Maudlyn Road and vice versa. The Order will come into effect on 7th July 2022 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Sturrick Lane/De Vere Estate, Great Bentley) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2022

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation
Act 1984.
Effect of the order:
1. To temporarily close that length of Sturrick Lane, Great Bentley in the District of Tendring, from its junction with De Vere Estate for a distance of approximately 90m in a south easterly direction.

2. To temporarily close that length of De Vere Estate, Great Bentley in the District of Tendring, from its junction with Sturrick Lane for a distance of approximately 55m in a south westerly direction.

The closures are scheduled to commence on 25th July 2022 for 33 days, or where stated on a valid permit (AZ5011001146740 -Cadent). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closures are required for the safety of the public and workforce while mains replacement works are undertaken by Cadent.

(Various Roads, Colchester) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic, Temporary Introduction of 30mph Speed Limit, Temporary Introduction of Clearway, Temporary Suspension of One Way & Temporary Suspension of Bus Lane) (No.6) Order 2022
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation
Act 1984.
Effect of the order:
1. To temporarily close those lengths of road in the Borough of Colchester as specified in the schedule to this Order

2. To temporarily introduce a 30mph speed limit in those lengths of road as specified in the schedule.

3. A temporary 'No Waiting, No Loading and No Stopping' restriction will be introduced on both sides of carriageway on the above lengths of road for the duration of the closures to facilitate the works. Signs will be installed indicating when the No Waiting restriction will be in force.

4. To temporarily suspend the one way restriction in that length of St Marys Fields/Rawston Road, Colchester from Balkerne Hill to Papillon Road as detailed in 'The Colchester Borough (Pope's Lane, Manor Road, etc) (One-Way) Order 1976.

5. To temporarily suspend the one way restriction in that length of Osborne Street From Abbeygate Street to Stanwell Street as detailed in 'The Colchester Borough (St Johns Street, Osbourne Street, etc., Colchester) (Traffic Regulation) Order, 1980.

6. To temporarily suspend the bus lane restrictions in Middleborough/North Hill, High Street and Osborne Street Colchester as detailed in the '(Various Roads Colchester) (Reserved Bus Lane) Order 2020 and 'The Essex County Council (High Street, North Hill and Middleborough, Colchester) (Bus Lane) Order 2014.

The Essex County Council (Colchester Borough) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) Consolidation Order 2019" will be temporarily amended to include the temporary 'No Waiting, No Loading and No Stopping at Any Time' restriction and suspend any existing parking and waiting restrictions on the above lengths of roads only. All other restrictions and exemptions contained in the aforementioned Order and Amendments to that Order shall remain in force.
The works being undertaken will take place within an 18-month period from 7th July 2022 exact dates will be specified on one.network. The roads will be closed to facilitate each phase of works and then re-opened to the public. Access will be maintained for emergency services. Diversion routes will be signed at each location and residents will be informed of the dates of each phase via letter/leaflet drop and advanced warning signs on the road. Clacton Road Interchange, Colchester) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2022
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order:
1. To temporarily close that length of Brightlingsea Road, Colchester in the Borough of Colchester, from a point approximately 520m north west of its junction with Brightlingsea Road, Wivenhoe for a distance of approximately 75m in a north westerly direction.

2. To temporarily close that length of Clacton Road Westbound, Colchester in the Borough of Colchester, from a point approximately 1450m west then south west of its junction with Elmstead Road for a distance of approximately 100m in a westerly direction.

3. To temporarily close that length of Clacton Road Interchange, Colchester in the Borough of Colchester, from a point approximately 430m south west of its junction with Slough Lane for a distance of approximately 40m in a south easterly direction.

These closures are scheduled to commence on 13th July for 1 night (22:00 -05:00), or where stated on a valid permit (EP10000011906 - Essex County Council). (Chapel Road, Fingringhoe) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2022

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Chapel Road, Fingringhoe in the Borough of Colchester, from its junction with Rowhedge Road for a distance of approximately 940m in a south westerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 13th July 2022 for 3 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2329732 - Essex County Council). Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Chitts Hill, West Bergholt in the Borough of Colchester, from its junction with Argents Lane for a distance of approximately 190m in a south easterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 12th July 2022 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (BC008WD5G9T4G01 - Openreach). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while pole replacement works are undertaken by Openreach.
