Notice is hereby given
that the Essex County Council has made the above Orders under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the orders:
1. To temporarily close that length of Dead Lane, Lawford/Mistley in the District of Tendring, from its junction with Chequers Road, west to its junction with Bromley Road.

2. To temporarily impose a one-way restriction on the following length of Bromley Road, Chequers Road &, Pedler's Corner, Lawford/Mistley, in the District of Tendring:

Bromley Road, Lawford/Mistley  From its junction with A137 Wignall Street, to its junction with Grange Road (will be in place between the approximate hours of 08:30h and 14:30h. At the discretion of Essex Police this will be reversed from approximately 14:30h and 17:30h)  Southbound

3. To temporarily introduce a Prohibition of Entry on the following length of Bromley
Road, Grange Road & School Lane, Lawford/Mistley, in the District of Tendring:




(The Causeway/Brantham Road, Lawford) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2022

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of The Causeway/Brantham Road, Lawford in the District of Tendring, from a point approximately 65m north west of the junction with Dale Hall Roundabout for a distance of approximately 85m in a north easterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 31st July 2022 for 1 night (1:40 - 6:50) and again on 11th September 2022 for 1 night (1:40 - 6:40) and finally on 12th September 2022 for 1 night (1:35 - 4:40) or where stated on a valid permit (KL737LTN1-59-44-310722/ KL737LTN1-59-44-110922 - Network Rail Infrastructure Ltd). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/ or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while pedstall and boom repair works are undertaken by Network Rail Infrastructure Ltd.
An alternative route is available via Brantham Road, Dale Hall Roundabout, Coxs Hill, Wignall Street, Harwich Road, Colchester Road, John De Bois Hill, Fox Street, Parsons Heath, Parsons Heath Roundabout, Harwich Road Roundabout, St Andrews Avenue, Ipswich Road Roundabout, Ipswich Road, St Johns Road Roundabout, Crown Interchange Roundabout, A12, Ipswich Road, A12 , London Road, A12, London Road Former A12, A12, A14 Copdock, A14 J A12/a1214 Roundabout, A14 To J A137 E, Grove Hill, A14 From J A137 To J A12/a1214 W, A14 Belstead, A14 Wherstead, A14, Road Between A12 A14 Interchange District Boundary, The Heath, Main Road, The Street, Brantham Hill, A137 Brantham, The Causeway and vice versa.
The Order will come into effect on 8th July 2022 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier

(Mayes Lane, Ramsey/Little Oakley) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2022

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Mayes Lane, Ramsey/Little Oakley in the District of Tendring, from the junction with Church Hill to the junction with Oakley Road a distance of approximately 730m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 25th July 2022 for 16 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2329053 & EP201EH2330696 - Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while carriageway patching works are undertaken by Essex County Council.
An alternative route is available via Ramsey Road, Oakley Road, Low Road and vice versa. The Order will come into effect on 7th July 2022 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier

(Pound Farm Drive/The Haven, Dovercourt) (Temporary Introduction of a Clearway) Order 2022

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order:
1. To temporarily introduce a 'No Waiting, No Loading and No Stopping' restriction in that length of Pound Farm Drive, Dovercourt in the District of Tendring, from its junction with Clarkes Road to its other junction with Clarkes Road a distance of approximately 370m.

2. To temporarily introduce a 'No Waiting, No Loading and No Stopping' restriction

in that length of The Haven, Dovercourt in the District of Tendring, from its junction with Pound Farm Drive to its end a distance of approximately 80m. "The Essex County Council (Tendring District) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) Consolidation Order 2019" will be temporarily amended to include the temporary 'No Waiting at Any Time' restriction and suspend any existing parking and waiting restrictions on the above lengths of roads only. All other restrictions and exemptions contained in the aforementioned Order and Amendments to that Order shall remain in force.
The restriction is scheduled to commence on 18th July 2022 for 47 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2315885 - Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The restriction is required for the safety of the public and workforce while carriageway strengthening works are undertaken by Essex County Council. The Order came into effect on 24th June 2022 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier

From its junction with A137 Wignall Street, to its junction with Grange Road (will be in place between the approximate hours of 08:30h and 14:30h. At the discretion of Essex Police this will be reversed from approximately 14:30h and 17:30h) From its junction with Pedler's Corner to its junction with Bromley Road.

3. To temporarily introduce a Prohibition of Entry on the following length of Bromley
Road, Grange Road & School Lane, Lawford/Mistley, in the District of Tendring: Road Description

Bromley Road, Lawford/Mistley West of its junction with Dead Lane. Grange Road, Lawford/Mistley East of its junction with School Lane (this restriction with remain in place until the one-way system on Bromley Road is reversed) School Lane, Lawford/Mistley At its junction with A137 Wignall Street.
The restrictions are scheduled to commence on 9 July 2022 for 1 day between the hours of 07:00 and 19:30h or where appropriate signs are showing and weather permitting and are required for the safety of the public while the Tendring Hundred Show takes place. Access for emergency service vehicles and pedestrians will be maintained at all times during the closure.
The Order will come into effect on 09 July 2022 and may continue in force for 6 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier
(Tendring District) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On-Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) (Amendment No. 2l) Order 2022
Notice is hereby given Colchester Borough Council acting on behalf of the North Essex Parking Partnership in exercise of the delegated powers of the traffic authority Essex County Council granted under an Agreement dated 31 March 2011 has made the above Order under Sections 1(1), 2(1) to (3), 4(1), 4(2), 32, 35, 45, 46, 49 and 53 and Parts III and IV of schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The effect of the Order: To amend the following restrictions in the District of Tendring:
(a) to introduce 'No Stopping At Any Time' red route restrictions: both sides of Crown Road at its junction with Arnold Road, including the island; both sides of Blenheim Road at its junction with Arnold Road, including the island; both sides of Queen's Road at its junction with Arnold Road, including the island; on the south-west side of Arnold Road from a point outside No. 55 to a point outside No. 59, including the island; on the south-west side of Arnold Road from a point outside No. 63 to a point outside No. 71, including the island; on the north-east side of Arnold Road from a point outside No. 66 to a point outside No. 68, including the island; on the north side of Colchester Road at its junction with The Street, Harwich Road and Station Road; the north side of the Harwich Road island at its junction with Colchester Road, The Street and Station Road; on the east side of The Street from its junction with Harwich Road for approximately 78 metres north; on the west side of The Street from the northern property boundary of Hamlin House to its junction with Picotts Place; on the south-west side of Waterside from the southern property boundary of No. 58 to the northern property boundary of Nos. 42 to 48; on the south side of Stephenson Road in various locations as protections to road junctions and the entrances of properties between its junction with Paxton Road and Telford Road; on the north side of Stephenson Road in various locations as protections to road junctions and the entrances of properties from a point approximately 81 metres east of its intersection with the extended junction of Paxton Road to its junction with Telford Road; on both sides of Paxton Road from its junction with Stephenson Road for approximately 15 metres; on both sides of Brindley Road from its junction with Stephenson Road for approximately 15 metres; on both sides of Davy Road from its junction with Stephenson Road for approximately 14 metres; on the north-west side of Telford Road at its junction with Stephenson Road; on the south-west side of Waterside close to the boundaries of numbers 42-48 & number 58;
(b) to replace the double yellow lines (No Waiting At Any Time) with 'No Stopping At Any Time' red route restrictions: on Nelson Road, both sides, at its junction with Freeland Road; on both sides of Trafalgar Road at its junction with Freeland Road for approximately 13 metres; on the junction of Wash Lane, St Vincent Road, Kings Road and Freeland Road; on the south-east side of Freeland Road from its junction with Wash Lane to its junction with Tower Road; on the south-west side of Tower Road opposite No. 40 and 42 Tower Road, a distance of approximately 15 metres;

(c) to replace the single yellow line (No Waiting 9am-6pm 01 Jun-31 Aug) with

'No Stopping At Any Time' red route restrictions on Wash Lane for approximately 7 metres outside No. 78 Freeland Road;
(d) to replace the single yellow line (No Waiting 9am-6pm) with 'No Stopping At Any Time' red route restrictions on the south-west side of Tower Road opposite No. 12 and 14

to No. 36 and 38, a distance of approximately 52 metres;
(e) extend the double yellow line (No Waiting At Any Time) restriction on: the west side of Colchester Road for approximately 20 metres outside No. 155 and 153; both sides of Waldegrave Way for approximately 32 metres south outside No. 140 and 146 Colchester Road; on the south-east side of Holland Road outside No. 106 to its junction with Connaught Gardens East, approximately 18 metres;

(f) to introduce double yellow lines: on both sides of Southcliff Park at its junction with Holland Road; on the north-west side of Holland Road from its junction with Southcliff Park for approximately 12 metres south-west outside No. 107; on the south-east side of Holland Road outside No. 1 to 6 Connaught House for approximately 14 metres;

East at its junction with Holland Road; on the north-east side of Connaught Gardens West opposite No. 1 to 6 Connaught House for approximately 14 metres; on the south­west side of Connaught Gardens East opposite No. 100 Holland Road for approximately 15 metres;
(g) to introduce: a single yellow line (No Waiting Mon-Fri 12pm-1pm excluding bank holidays) on the south-west side of Victoria Crescent outside No. 1 to No. 14; a single yellow line (No Waiting Mon-Fri 11am-12pm excluding bank holidays) on the north­east side of Victoria Crescent opposite No. 1 to No. 14. This Order will be incorporated into The Essex County Council (Tendring District) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On-Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) Consolidation Order 2019 by introducing the following tile numbers: TM050 295 and TM190 177; replacing the following tile numbers with revision 1: TM050 292, TM085 160, TM085 162, TM100 312, TM165 140, TM165 142, TM165 145, TM170 142, TM170 142 , TM185 155 and TM185 177; replacing the following tile numbers with revision 2: TM095 312, TM100 317 and TM100 320. Application to the High Court: Anyone who wishes to question the validity of the Order or any provision contained in it on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or on the grounds that any requirement of the Act, or any instrument made under it, has not been complied with in relation to the Order, may within six weeks from the date of the making of the Order apply to the High Court for this purpose.
