1. Grass verge between 251 and 271 Ladysmith Road (see blue outline on site plan)

2. Grass verge to the east of the footway on the eastern side of Ladysmith Road (between northside of 251 Ladysmith Road and southside of turning head carriageway) (see red outline on the site plan)
