Notice is hereby given that Mitchells & Butlers Leisure Retail Limited in respect of Premises known as O'Neill's, 762 High Road, Leytonstone, Ell 3AW applied to Waltham Forest London Borough Council for a variation of a Premises Licence. The proposed variation is: To extend the hours for Sale of Alcohol and Regulated Entertainment, including Rims, indoor sports, Live and Recorded Music, Performance of Dance and anything similar on Friday and Saturday I MO hrs to 03:00 hrs the following morning, Late Night Refreshment Friday and Saturday 23:00hrs to 03:00hrs the following morning and Opening Hours Friday and Saturday 07:00hrs to 03:30hrs. Also to amend the last admission time to OhOOhrs from 00:30hrs. Any representations regarding the above-mentioned application must be received in writing by Licensing Service,Warthann Forest Council, Environmental Health & Trading Standard, Sycamore House, Waltham Forest Town Hall Complex, Forest Road,Walthamstow, EI7 4JF no later than 16th June 2017 stating the grounds for representation. The register of Waltham Forest London Borough Council and the record of the application may be inspected at the address of the council, given above, during normal business hours or on the council's website www.wahhamforestgov.uk It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. A person is liable to an unlimited fine on conviction should such a false statement be made.
