The Licensing Act 2003 (Premises and Club Premises Certificates) Regulations 2005 Notice Is hereby given that: I MR Erdogan Sesen have made an application under Section 17 Part 3 of the Licensing Act 2003 for a New Premises Licence for the Premises known as First Stop Cafe Restaurant, 173 High Street London E17 7BX. I intend to conduct on or from the premises the following licensable activities: Supply of Alcohol Sunday to Monday from 11:00 to 22:00, Opening Hours Sunday to Monday from 07:00 to 22:30. Any interested party or responsible authority may make representations on this application in writing to the Waltham Forest Licensing Section, Environment and Regeneration, Waltham Forest Council, Sycamore House Forest Road Walthamstow E17 4SU, by not later than 17th June 2017. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a False statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on conviction for this offence is a fine not exceeding £5,000.
